I. Usage

OFT Series is a One Key Video Measuring System developed by DG-YIHUI.
It has been widely used in machinery, electronics, aerospace, automotive, Mould, and other industries for precision measurement.
1. It can measure point, line, circle, arc and oval, rectangular and improve the accuracy with the multi-point positioning
function.
2. In metrology terms, the machine can test and dimension width, length, height, thickness, diameter, angel, straightness,
flatness, perpendicularity, circular degree, coaxiality, etc.
3. Combination of measurements, center structure and the intersection of structure, the midpoint of construction, line
structure, a round structure and structural point of view.

II. Features

1. It adopts 5MP Color CCD Camera, guarantee clear image and accurate measurement.
2. Big FOV, fast measurement speed. i.e. 3D composite panel all 34 image dimensions measurement completed 1.2 seconds / film, 3D glass all 10 image dimensions measurement completed 0.34 seconds / film.
3. Small and compact body, easy to use in workshop, office.

1.1. 2-dimensional measurement: measure height, width, length, both sides of the angle, the cone angle, the diameter of the cylinder, chamfering, straightness, roundness, cylindricity, perpendicularity, parallelism, etc.
2. Max.and Min. Limit: can set max. and min. limits, when the actual size of the product is out of range, the corressponding measurement data will have warning in red background.
3. Reverse engineering: software draws measurement graphics, can have real direct entry in AutoCAD, also can be saved as DXF,dwg. files (can be a fast scanner, more than two times faster than general software speed).
4. Picture output: measurement or observation results can be saved as pictures in various format like BMP, Jpg.
5. Real-time sub-pixel to find the point: the first sub-pixels, advanced image processing technology into video measurement industry, greatly improves the measurement accuracy and measurement efficiency of a pixel, compared to similar software, saves at least 3/5 time, improve the accuracy of more than 2 times (in the same optical magnification).
6. Vector drawing functions: the image or fonts can be zoomed in or out steplessly.
7. Maps measurements: can capture and form a complete picture of large workpiece, and can directly make measurement on the graph.
8. The command line: directly form the command line, enter the coordinate information to generate the point, line, circle,arc, to meet the special needs of virtual measurement.
9. Line position tolerance: roundness, straightness, parallelism, perpendicularity, concentricity, etc.
10. Dimensioning function: radius, diameter, angular dimensions, linear dimensions, alignment annotation, text annotation,coordinate label.
11. Automatic measurement functions: automatically find a straight line, multi-zone automatic find a straight line, cl2ck circle marquee round, round multi-zone automatic arc.
12. Report function: measurement results can be directly converted to EXCEL, WORD, CAD.
13. Language: support Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese, Russian.
